My eyes do not wish to see
they are too afraid to find out what’s on the other side
Why bother to clutter information if there are things you cannot have?
It used to hurt. Now I’m fine with not opening doors.
I’ll open the windows instead and I’ll decide to stay
watch the play and come what may
The breeze will fill me and bring me what’s mine
Relief is there, I can finally breathe
Maybe I’ll put a rose to decorate
This dusty little place will receive a new face
I’ll let the light in.
